STAY TUNED FOR WEBSITE UPDATES

Hello, All! For the next few days, while we make some aesthetic changes, we will have our website redirected to our blog. The revised site will debut Thursday, December 1, 2011. When the website is ready we will debut subtle changes along with our new pricing structure. In the meantime, enjoy reading our past blog posts and visit our Facebook page and see some of our more current work.

We are also experiencing technical issues with our email addresses. We have GoDaddy on the job and will have it taken care of soon.

Happy Planning!

SCARLETT LILLIAN...NEED I SAY MORE?

I have been a fan/stalker/admirer of Scarlett Lillian for about a year. I recall the first time I saw images of her and her work on her blog. I stated, "Wow! That talented AND she is gorgeous? It is just not fair!" Getting to know her through her very open, heartfelt blog and a few personal emails have shown me that Scarlett is not only beautiful on the outside she is just as beautiful on the inside.

Scarlett's talent as a wedding photographer is truly amazing. She does not take pictures of just people at the wedding. How boring is that? She tells the story of the day through her images. You can imagine the joy that everyone felt that day while perusing through her work. I have told Scarlett before and I will say it again, when I do marry she will be my wedding photographer!

Below are a few images from her blog. I am sure you will agree that she is well above average at what she does. For those of you who are engaged and who read my blog, please be sure to choose a photographer who tells your wedding story. Choose a photographer who thinks to grab a piece of your wedding stationery and put it against a backdrop and photograph it. Choose a photographer who does not pose you and your family members in every single shot. Choose a photographer who captures your wedding reception details before guests disassemble them. Choose a photographer who truly edit your images, not one who simply clears them up. Choose a wedding photographer for their talent not for their low cost. You will be so happy you did.

Without further ado, ladies and gentlemen I give you...Scarlett Lillian...

I love the naturalness of this shot. Every image does not need to be posed. Your photog can just capture a sweet moment between you and your honey.

I really like the angle of this shot. She obviously was not standing on two feet when she shot this one. Which brings us to...

I really, really like how this shows just how hard Scarlett works. I am sorry. If your photog does go outside-of-the-box to get your shots, you will miss a lot of special details.

Those ever important detail shots do not happen unless you have a second shooter who goes to the reception site while post ceremony photos are being taken.

Thanks for the awesome feature!!! Even though, LOL, I'm always running around like a crazy woman and I did capture those detail shots myself. But yes, second shooters are a must have too! :-)
