Associate Planner Leia Walsh ::

I have been working in the event industry for almost 10 years.  I began planning weddings at Church of the Holy Spirit in Germantown, my childhood parish.  I was studying Fashion at the University of Memphis when I was asked to take the Wedding Coordinator position until they found someone permanently.  Well, I fell in love with everything about planning weddings and kept the position until I graduated in 2006. A few short months later I was offered a position at an event venue, Gibson Showcase in Downtown Memphis.  I learned so much about various cultures and weddings (Indian, Jewish, etc.) and met so many incredible people (Andria Lewis being one of them) that I moved on to open a new event venue, Minglewood Hall, in Midtown Memphis. For the past six months, I have been at home with my three beautiful boys.  Now, I am so excited to be a part of the Andria Lewis Events Team.  I absolutely love to plan weddings!  However, my experience at event venues has broadened my knowledge and abilities to plan all types of events.  Also, my degree in (and love for) fashion has given me a keen eye for detail, style, and beauty.  I am looking forward to working with incredible planners and brides to create events that are as gorgeous and unique as our team!
